We develop and implement data acquisition systems based on tools well known in the industry: , iFIX, ASIX, WinCC and our own software written in Microsoft Visual Basic
Projects we have completed:

• energy monitoring system (central heating, DHW, natural gas and compressed air) for the FENICE company working within Fiat Auto Poland in Bielsko-Biała for BSP Electronic;
• natural gas consumption control system for FENICE company working within Fiat Auto Poland in Bielsko-Biała for BSP Electronic;
• energy monitoring system(central heating, DHW and natural gas) for FENICE company working within Teksid Poland for BSP Electronic;
• boiler work management system for Zakłady Tłuszczowe „Bielmar” in Bielsko-Biała for BSP Electronic;
• boiler work management system for „DANONE” in Tychy for BSP Electronic

• Design and preparation of automatic dry line control for stripping, transportation and palletizing of vibropressed elements; transportation and stacking of production tops; system based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver

• Realization of control system and automatics, with aggregate loading into railway wagons visualization; equipment installed on railway siding in melaphyre mine in Tłumaczów

• Used for concrete elements production. Consists of hopper and delivering belt with concrete mixer and vibration table, powered by eight electric vibrators; all designed to thicken the concrete. The machine’s performance is 150 production pallets, with diameters of 160cm x 520cm a day.

• Preparation of concrete mixing plant automated control system, system based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver

• Designing and assembly of the concrete elements production line (fences, sewers, road plates and barriers, jumbo plates etc.). The line consists of panel production machine and manipulators for separation of ready elements

• Designing and realization of automatic control for stripping dry line, transportation and palletizing of vibropressed elements, transportation and stacking of production tops. System based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver.
• Realization of MAS vibropress automatic control, system of recipes allowing for immediate parameters change as soon as the form is changed, ready elements height measurement, full statistics of prepared elements with division into assortment, system based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver

• Replacement of PLC driver in the automatic control system for the concrete plant, design and assembly of plasticizers and paints feeder, system based on GE-Fanuc 90-30 series PLC driver
• Replacement of PLC driver in a RINO vibropress automatic control system, system of recipes allowing for immediate parameters change as soon as the form is changed, ready elements height measurement, full statistics of prepared elements with division into assortment, system based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver

• Preparation of concrete mixing plant’s software, installation of power and control cabinets, as well as assembly of entire concrete mixing plant’s monitoring for Libet’s Gościcino factory.

• Preparation of concrete mixing plant’s automatic control system, aggregate weighting, transportation via cart to a mixer, weighting of cements, weighting and applying of improver additives, weighting and dosing of paints, components preliminary humidity measurement using a microwave humidity probe (Franz Ludwig), transportation of concrete mixers to a vibropress with a cart; system based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver
• Designing and making of concrete plant’s control system, based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver. Preparing and assembly of paints and plasticizers feeders.
• Preparation of automatic control system for SCHLOSSER vibropress, system of recipes allowing for immediate parameters change as soon as the form is changed, ready elements height measurement, full statistics of prepared elements with division into assortment. System based on Siemens S7-300 PLC driver with touch-screen
• Designing and assembly of wet line’s control system, maturing area for ready elements, dry line and tops transversal transportation. System solely based on Siemens S7-300 PLC drivers, industrial computer with Advantech touch-screen. For communication between lower and upper carts with central unit PROFINET wireless data transmission has been used, along with SAFETY function and SCALLANCE modules.
• Designing and making of automatic control for concrete mixing plant with 2 mixers, preliminary humidity measurement using microwave humidity probes, transport of concrete mixes to the vibropress with use of a cart, system based on Siemens PLC driver

• Designing and assembly of automatic control for stripping dry line, transportation and palletizing of vibropressed elements, transportation and stacking of production tops, system based on GE-Fanuc VersaMax PLC driver
• Designing and realization of automatic control for concrete mixing plant with 2 mixers, system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC driver. Designing and preparation of the computerized monitoring and data storage station of the line’s working parameters.
