  • project and assembly of control system for SCHLOSSER vibropress, wet line, ready elements’ maturing area, dry line and tops transversal transport. System based entirely on S7-300 Siemens PLC drivers. For communication between lower and upper carts with central unit PROFINET wireless data transmission has been used, along with SAFETY function and SCALLANCE modules. Remote acces via teleservice. Production line in Żarska Wieś. Developed and implemented at the request of Tugeb-Polbud.

BRUKPOL, Dąbrówka Wisłocka

We have prepared building materials transportation line along with the maturing area allowing for full production automation. The line consists of: multi-lift fork – designed for material transport; lifts for vertical stacking of pallets – one on wet side and one on dry side; hook feeder with turntable and stacker – unit designed for a ready product transportation; Kawasaki palletizing robot – moving and stacking pallets with ready material. All of above elements work fully automatically.
